The way we decorate our homes to live in day to day is very different from the way homes need to be Staged for the widest buyer appeal: which in turn will net the the highest selling price in the shortest amount of time
We offer two levels of Home Staging
1. The first level is an extensive consultation and plan
for those who want to "Do It Yourself".
2. The second level is a full Staging which consists of 2 visits.
The 1st visit is a detailed consultation with a list for the homeowner
to do to get ready for the actual Staging. The 2nd visit my assistant and I Stage
the home by placing furniture to call attention to the home's best features,
artfully place existing accessories, show the best use of space and create beautiful
surroundings with an inviting yet neutral atmosphere to appeal to a wider group
of buyers.

First we will preview your new home and then come to your present home to help prioritize favorite furniture and cherished items that will make your new residence feel like "home". We will help organize your move and once in, will arrange and decorate your new home. We will also use our Home Staging service (if needed) to prepare your present home for sale. We can customize our services to meet your needs!
Speaking Engagements and Workshops - We have several topics for your club, church or organization to choose from such as "The Top 10 Decorating Mistakes and How To Overcome Them!" or "Why doesn't anyone want to sit in my living room?!" We can customize a program to fit your needs.
